The Object

Globes arrangedeach one its own glow

The Wipfeld clusters frosted glass spheres around a brass iron frame — 13 or 19 of them, each one a self-contained point of diffused light. The arrangement reads as sculptural from any angle: the spheres overlap and stagger so the chandelier has depth and presence rather than a flat silhouette. G9 LEDs, dimmable on request, for rooms with the height to carry it.
Why you'll love it
  • Frosted glass globes — soft, even light from each sphere
  • 13 or 19 heads — generous ambient output
  • Iron and brass frame — built for long-term ceiling use
  • Replaceable G9 LEDs — easy to maintain
  • Dimmable on request · suits high-ceilinged spaces
Details

A standard hardwired ceiling install — most of it is switching off the power and matching three wires. Set your hanging height before you connect anything, and you're most of the way there.

Before you begin

  • Mounting — to a standard ceiling junction box
  • Power — hardwired to your mains supply
  • Dimming — socketed bulbs dim; integrated-LED models don't
  • Drop — arrives at 47" (1.2 m); want it shorter or longer? Just email us before it ships
  • Ceilings — flat, and most sloped (check the product specs)

What you'll need

  • Screwdriver, voltage tester, wire stripper
  • Wire nuts (included), ladder
  • Drill (only for a new junction box or non-standard ceiling)

Step by step

  1. Turn off the power — switch off the lighting circuit at the breaker, then confirm it's dead with a voltage tester.
  2. Mount the bracket — fasten the included bracket to the junction box, snug and level.
  3. Set your height — before wiring, adjust the cord, chain, or downrod to your drop and lock it at the canopy.
  4. Connect the wires — black to black, white to white, green or bare to ground. Secure each with a wire nut and tuck them into the box.
  5. Attach the fixture — line the canopy up with the bracket and fix it flush with the provided screws or caps.
  6. Add the bulbs — correct type and wattage; if dimming, check the bulbs match your wall dimmer.
  7. Power on and test.

Good to know

  • Follow your local electrical codes.
  • For high or angled ceilings, or anything complex, bring in a licensed electrician.
  • Don't over-tighten decorative parts; dust gently with a soft cloth.

The shape

Clustered globesdepth in every direction

The Wipfeld's spheres are positioned at varying heights and angles around the frame, so from below you see a three-dimensional cluster rather than a flat ring. The frosted finish on each globe diffuses the G9 source internally — no visible filament, no hotspot, just a warm sphere of light. Brass accents on the frame catch the ambient glow from the globes.

Innovative engineering · intelligent design
Every globe a diffuser; every angle a different composition.
Frosted diffusion

Each globe hides its source completely — smooth, even warmth from every sphere.

Sculptural cluster

13 or 19 globes at varying heights give the chandelier three-dimensional presence.

Brass frame

Frequently asked

Iron and brass for the frame, frosted glass for the globes. The brass finish adds warmth to the iron structure; the frosted glass diffuses each G9 source completely.

G9 LED bulbs — one per globe, all included. G9 is a standard base and easy to source for replacements.

Yes — each G9 bulb is individually replaceable. The frosted globe removes from the frame to allow access.

90–260V — compatible with all standard residential and commercial electrical systems worldwide.

13 or 19 — choose by room scale and the output level you need. Both versions share the same 55 cm width; the 19-head version is taller at 78 cm.

Brass — applied to the iron frame and visible through the cluster of globes. The finish reads as warm and refined rather than ornate.

Yes — the Wipfeld is designed for rooms with ceiling height to carry its scale. The 19-head version at 78 cm height needs at least 2.8 m clearance for the right proportions.

Best in dining rooms, kitchens, living areas, or foyers where the scale and output level work. The 13-head version (H 42 cm) suits lower or smaller spaces than the 19-head.

Each frosted glass globe diffuses its G9 source — 13 or 19 soft spheres of light arranged in a three-dimensional cluster, giving warm, even ambient output across the room.

On request — specify dimming when ordering and we'll configure accordingly. G9 LEDs are compatible with most standard dimmer systems.
