Our story

It's not the fixture — it's the light it casts.

Nava began with a simple obsession — not the object on the ceiling, but the warmth it throws across a wall by evening. Everything starts there.

The idea

Light is the first thing a room feels — and the last thing most people choose.

We thought that was backwards. So we choose each piece for the quality of light it gives — soft, warm, and directional — form follows after.

The result is lighting that does real work in a room and still reads as something considered. Say less. Let the light say the rest.

The making

Material before function — chosen for the light it gives.

Alabaster and marble — no two blocks veined alike. Glass with real depth and seed. Brass, copper, and blackened iron, left to deepen with the years. We choose each material for the way it carries light.

Nothing here is finished to stay new. It is finished to carry light, and to grow into the rooms it lives in.

The signature —

A patterned shadowfalling beside the light.

Look closely and our light arrives through an unseen geometric lattice — falling as a soft, repeating diamond on the wall beside each piece. We never announce it. You simply feel that the room has been arrived in.

What we believe

Three things we won't compromise on.

01

Material truth

Real stone, solid metal, nothing plated to fake it. We name what a thing is made of before what it's for.

02

Confident restraint

One clear gesture, then stop. We design for the light, not for the photograph of it.

03

Made to age

Finishes that improve with time, backed by a warranty long enough to mean it.

Made slowly — for the rooms of the world.

Pieces are chosen in considered waves, in real materials, with close attention at every step. We design for the light first — and for the years a fixture will spend in a room. Unhurried, by intention.
