No — the Staffel is designed for indoor use only. It is not weather-rated and should not be exposed to rain, humidity, or direct sunlight.
Yes — the Staffel uses a standard E27 fitting. Simply unscrew the frosted globe (if removable) or access the bulb from below and fit a replacement E27 of the appropriate wattage.
The Staffel itself does not include a built-in dimmer. If you use a dimmable E27 LED bulb and connect it via a compatible plug-in dimmer switch, dimming is possible.
