It's hardwired to a standard ceiling junction box. The canopy mounts to the ceiling, cords drop through it, and each shade hangs from its cord at your chosen length. Professional installation by a certified electrician is recommended.
Yes — replaceable G9 LED bulbs are included, one per shade. They run at 5W each with 100 lm/W efficiency, so even a large multi-pendant arrangement draws modest power.
