The Object

Draped in crystallight held between layers

The Roager Chandelier builds its glow through layers: crystal drops fall from a gold iron frame while glass panels diffuse the light behind them, so the room receives warmth rather than glare. Available in two round diameters (60 cm and 80 cm) or a linear 90 cm bar — 22 replaceable E14 LED bulbs across the frame, adjustable drop to 50 cm, and sloped-ceiling compatible.
Why you'll love it
  • Crystal drops and glass diffusers — warm, layered glow, not harsh glare
  • Gold iron frame in round 60/80 cm or linear 90 cm form
  • 22 replaceable E14 LED bulbs — easy to maintain long-term
  • Adjustable drop cord to 50 cm, sloped-ceiling compatible
  • Dimmable on request, 90–260V, hardwired
Details

A standard hardwired ceiling install — most of it is switching off the power and matching three wires. Set your hanging height before you connect anything, and you're most of the way there.

Before you begin

  • Mounting — to a standard ceiling junction box
  • Power — hardwired to your mains supply
  • Dimming — socketed bulbs dim; integrated-LED models don't
  • Drop — arrives at 47" (1.2 m); want it shorter or longer? Just email us before it ships
  • Ceilings — flat, and most sloped (check the product specs)

What you'll need

  • Screwdriver, voltage tester, wire stripper
  • Wire nuts (included), ladder
  • Drill (only for a new junction box or non-standard ceiling)

Step by step

  1. Turn off the power — switch off the lighting circuit at the breaker, then confirm it's dead with a voltage tester.
  2. Mount the bracket — fasten the included bracket to the junction box, snug and level.
  3. Set your height — before wiring, adjust the cord, chain, or downrod to your drop and lock it at the canopy.
  4. Connect the wires — black to black, white to white, green or bare to ground. Secure each with a wire nut and tuck them into the box.
  5. Attach the fixture — line the canopy up with the bracket and fix it flush with the provided screws or caps.
  6. Add the bulbs — correct type and wattage; if dimming, check the bulbs match your wall dimmer.
  7. Power on and test.

Good to know

  • Follow your local electrical codes.
  • For high or angled ceilings, or anything complex, bring in a licensed electrician.
  • Don't over-tighten decorative parts; dust gently with a soft cloth.

On the glass

Crystal dropswarm light between them

The cascading crystal elements are individually hung from the iron armature, catching and refracting the light from each E14 source. Glass panels behind them diffuse the direct output, so the overall effect reads as deep, warm ambient light rather than visible point sources. Gold ironwork gives the frame structure without competing with the crystal.

Innovative engineering · intelligent design
Layered glow

Crystal drops refract and glass diffuses — the room gets depth, not bare bulbs.

Three forms

Round 60 cm, round 80 cm, or linear 90 cm — same design vocabulary, different scales.

Easy to maintain

Twenty-two standard E14 LEDs are each individually replaceable — no specialist parts.

Frequently asked

The Roager is constructed from iron, crystal, and glass — iron forms the structural frame in a gold finish, crystal elements cascade from it, and glass panels sit behind them to diffuse the light.

Warm, diffused ambient light. The crystal and glass combination scatters the output from 22 E14 LEDs into a soft, layered glow rather than concentrated point sources — comfortable to sit under.

Three options: round at 60 cm diameter, round at 80 cm diameter (each 40–50 cm tall), or a linear bar at 90 cm long by 35 cm tall. All share the same crystal-and-glass design.

Yes — the cord adjusts to a maximum drop of 50 cm. For longer drops or high ceilings, contact us at checkout and we can discuss extension options.

Twenty-two E14 LED bulbs, included with the Roager. E14 is a standard base available in any hardware or home store, so replacements are straightforward if needed years down the line.

The Roager is hardwired to a standard ceiling junction box and includes all mounting hardware. Professional installation by a certified electrician is recommended given the weight (14 kg) and the number of bulb connections.

Yes — the adjustable drop and sloped-ceiling compatibility make the Roager suited to high or angled ceilings. The visual weight of crystal and glass reads well with generous ceiling height.

Dimming is available on request — mention it at checkout. The E14 bulbs are compatible with standard wall dimmers once the fixture is configured for it.

Dust the crystal drops with a dry microfibre cloth periodically. For deeper cleaning, remove each drop gently and wipe with a damp cloth. The iron frame can be wiped clean. Replace any E14 bulb individually as needed.

The Roager's gold frame and cascading crystal read well in modern, Art Deco, and transitional interiors — dining rooms, grand living areas, and double-height entryways all suit it.
