Iron for the frame and glass for the diffuser panels. Iron provides a rigid structural perimeter that keeps the glass panels level and absorbs the mechanical stress of being suspended. Glass distributes the integrated LED output evenly.
No — the Konigsberg uses an integrated LED rated for 50,000+ hours. There is no bulb to change. At typical household usage rates, this translates to decades of service before any professional servicing would be needed.
90–260V — compatible with standard household electrical systems worldwide, including North America, Europe, the UK, and Australia, without the need for a step-down transformer.
Yes — the cord adjusts up to 60cm from the ceiling canopy. Your installer sets the final drop during fitting. For dining rooms, a rule of thumb is 70–90cm between the table surface and the bottom of the fixture.
Two sizes: 120cm and 140cm in length, both using the same design and materials. The 120cm suits most standard dining rooms; the 140cm works for open-plan areas and larger tables.
Bright, even ambient and task lighting — the glass panels distribute the integrated LED along the full fixture length, giving consistent output without the pooling that occurs under multiple individual bulbs.
The standard cord adjusts to 60cm drop. For ceilings above 3m, contact us before ordering — we can confirm whether an extended cord can be accommodated, or recommend an alternative drop configuration.
It's hardwired and must be connected by a certified electrician. The iron canopy mounts to a standard ceiling junction box. Standard installation for an electrician — professional fitting is recommended and included in our guidance materials.
Yes — at 25–30W integrated LED for 2750–3300lm, the Konigsberg produces bright output at low consumption. LED efficiency means running costs are low compared to equivalent incandescent or halogen fixtures of similar output.
Dimming is available on request — specify at checkout and we'll configure the integrated LED driver for a compatible wall dimmer. Standard supply ships non-dimmable. Contact us with any dimming requirements before ordering.
