Yes, on request — specify at checkout and we configure it for dimmer compatibility. The included E14 LEDs are compatible with standard phase-cut wall dimmers.
E14 LED bulbs, included in the box. Standard E14 bulbs are widely available — choose 3000K for warm light or 6000K for cool; the fixture is pre-configured to the colour you select at order.
Wipe the steel frame with a soft dry cloth. Clean individual crystal elements with a damp microfibre cloth — avoid abrasive cleaners. Allow to dry fully before switching back on.
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Contact us and we'll arrange the return and process your refund.

No — the Hypha is rated for dry indoor spaces only. Bathrooms and covered outdoor areas are not suitable. It works well in living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, and entryways.
