Yes — particularly for the larger configurations, which weigh up to 19 kg and drop to 4 m. A certified electrician should handle the ceiling mount and wiring. The adjustable wire allows fine-tuning of the drop height after installation.

The ring heads are fade-resistant acrylic; the canopy is wood; the structural elements are powder-coated metal in a gold finish. Acrylic is chosen because it holds its clarity and colour temperature consistency over time.
The integrated LED is highly efficient — it produces significant output relative to the wattage consumed, and its 50,000-hour lifespan means negligible replacement costs. The wide voltage range (90–260V) covers most international standards without a transformer.
