The frame and arms are metal (gold or black finish); the shades are frosted glass orbs. Behind the orbs, layered circular panels are also metal. The combination of curved metal and frosted glass keeps the look sculptural without feeling heavy.
Replaceable E14 LED bulbs, included in the box. E14 is a standard base size widely available from lighting and hardware retailers, so replacements are easy to source when needed.
Yes — the cord adjusts up to 1.7 m (approximately 5.6 ft). Set the hanging height at installation to position the fixture correctly for your ceiling height and the space below it.
The Filskov works well in living rooms, dining areas, and upscale lounges. The 3-head version suits a dining table; the 6-head scales to a living room or open-plan space. The 1-head functions as a focused accent over a side table or in an entryway.
The 6-head configuration delivers 30W at 3000 lm — solid ambient output for a dining room or lounge of 15–25 square metres. For larger spaces, pair with wall sconces or supplementary lighting to fill the perimeter.
On request — let us know at checkout and we'll configure the canopy for a sloped ceiling installation. The adjustable cord handles the height; the canopy angle is the element that requires modification.
For dining use, position the bottom of the fixture approximately 75–85 cm above the table surface. In a standard 2.7 m ceiling room, that places the canopy at a comfortable height. Higher ceilings may benefit from the full 1.7 m drop.
Yes — the Filskov is hardwired to a mains junction box via a pipe-erected fitting. It weighs 6–8 kg, so a secure ceiling anchor is essential. We recommend installation by a certified electrician.
Dust the metal arms and glass orbs periodically with a soft dry cloth. The frosted glass can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth if needed — avoid abrasive materials on either the glass or the metal finish. E14 bulbs are straightforward to replace.
