The Object

Geometrica bar you reach for without thinking

The Drams Pull Bar is solid brass, brushed to a smooth finish and shaped into a clean rectangular bar. Seven lengths, from 5 cm to 40 cm, cover everything from a small drawer to a wide wardrobe door. The grip is comfortable from any angle — no sharp edges, no awkward torque. Solid enough for daily commercial use; precise enough to finish a considered kitchen.
Why you'll love it
  • Solid brass — weighty and resistant to daily wear
  • Seven lengths, 5 cm to 40 cm — fits any cabinet size
  • Brushed finish — geometric and clean without being cold
  • Smooth grip — comfortable from any angle
  • Works in kitchens, wardrobes, drawers, and commercial cabinetry
Details

Includes the solid-brass plate, toggle mechanism, and mounting hardware. A straightforward swap for an existing switch — power off, match the wires, screw the plate back on.

Step by step

  1. Turn off the power at your breaker or fuse box.
  2. Remove the old cover plate — unscrew it and set it aside.
  3. Take out the old switch — unscrew it from the box and ease it out to reach the wiring.
  4. Disconnect the wires — loosen the screws, or if back-inserted, cut and strip the ends.
  5. Wire the new toggle — live to the brass/black screw, neutral to silver (if your switch uses one), ground to the green screw. Tighten each.
  6. Secure the switch — tuck the wires back, align the toggle, fasten with the included screws.
  7. Fit the brass plate over the switch and screw it in.
  8. Power back on at the panel.
  9. Test — toggle up and down; the light or device should switch cleanly.

The finish

Brushed brassgeometric form, no ornament

The brushing runs along the length of the bar, giving it a directional texture that catches light cleanly without being shiny. Solid brass means the weight is right — heavier than it appears, which is the tell. The geometry is a true rectangle in section: no bevelling, no tapering, just clean lines.

Seven sizes. One material. No compromise.

From 5 cm to 40 cm — the same form scales across a spice drawer, a kitchen cabinet, and a full wardrobe door.

Solid brass

Not plated — solid brass through and through, with the density and durability that a daily-use handle requires.

Frequently asked

Solid brass — not plated over a cheaper substrate. The brushed finish is applied to the brass surface, so the weight and warmth of the material come through in the hand.

Kitchen cabinets, wardrobe doors, bathroom vanity drawers, and commercial cabinetry. The neutral form suits both built-in joinery and freestanding furniture.

Yes — the clean rectangular profile reads confidently in contemporary and Scandinavian kitchens. It also complements transitional interiors where you want hardware that doesn't announce itself.

Yes — brushed brass is more forgiving of fingerprints and minor marks than polished brass. Over time it may develop a gentle patina from daily contact, which adds character rather than diminishing the look.

Yes — the bar has no sharp edges and the rectangular profile sits naturally in the fingers without awkward pressure points. Comfortable whether gripped from above, below, or the side.

Yes — solid brass and a brushed finish are robust enough for commercial cabinetry with frequent daily use. It meets durability expectations for both residential and light commercial environments.

Seven lengths: 5, 9, 13, 18, 24, 30, and 40 cm. Each has a corresponding hole spacing — confirm the hole-to-hole measurement of your existing hardware before ordering.

Wipe regularly with a dry or lightly damp cloth to remove fingerprints. Avoid abrasive cleaners or metal polishes not formulated for brushed brass, which can strip the texture.

Mounting screws are included. Installation requires a drill and screwdriver — align with your cabinet's existing hole spacing and tighten from the inside. No specialist tools needed.

Seven lengths in one continuous design language means you can run the same pull bar across every cabinet and drawer in a kitchen or wardrobe — from the smallest spice drawer to a full-width appliance door.
