The Cambe comes in four wattages — 5W, 7W, 9W, and 12W — each paired with a different aperture size. Choose the wattage based on the ceiling height and the level of illumination the space requires.

Is the LED bulb included with this light fixture?

Yes. The Cambe uses an integrated Bridgelux COB LED — no separate bulb purchase is needed. The LED is built in and rated for 50,000 hours of continuous use.

What is the operating voltage range?

The Cambe operates on AC 120–277V, making it compatible with both North American and international electrical systems. No voltage converter is required.

What is the IP rating and what does it mean?

The Cambe carries an IP20 rating, meaning it is protected against solid objects larger than 12mm but not against moisture. It is suitable for dry indoor environments only — not bathrooms or outdoor areas.

What beam angles are available?

Two options: 22° for a tight, focused accent beam — useful for artwork, shelves, or architectural details — and 36° for a broader wash that covers more of the floor plane for general ambient use.

Can the Cambe downlight be used outdoors?

No — the Cambe is rated IP20 and designed exclusively for dry indoor environments. It is not suitable for outdoor installation or any space exposed to moisture or weather.

Does the design help reduce glare?

Yes. The deep-set reflector positions the LED far back within the housing, keeping the source out of the direct sightline. The result is a focused, comfortable beam without the eye-strain typical of shallow, exposed LEDs.

How is the Cambe downlight installed?

The Cambe is a recessed, hardwired fixture. A ceiling cutout matching the specified diameter is required, then the unit clips in and wires to the mains. A certified electrician is strongly recommended for installation.
