The capsule shades and suspension hardware are machined aluminium — lightweight, durable, and finished in a clean matte coat. There are no glass or fragile components, which makes the Bork resilient in high-traffic spaces like entryways and stairwells.
Two capsule sizes: small at 6 cm diameter x 12.2 cm long, and large at 8 cm x 15.2 cm. Clusters can mix sizes for a more organic, layered composition, or use a single size for a cleaner, more uniform look.
Yes — the integrated LED is built into each capsule. There are no separate bulbs to source or install; the light is ready to use after wiring.
Black and white. Both work across Scandinavian, industrial, and contemporary interiors — black creates contrast and definition; white blends into lighter ceilings and walls.
Yes — the staggered drop design is specifically built for tall, open spaces like stairwells, foyers, and double-height dining rooms. The varying heights fill vertical volume in a way a flat chandelier cannot.
Yes — each cord adjusts to a maximum of 1.2 m. This allows you to set the relative heights of the capsules during installation to create the cascading effect, or to level them if a uniform hang is preferred.

No — the Bork is rated for indoor use only. For outdoor or exposed areas, a fixture with an IP65 or higher rating would be appropriate.
Wipe the aluminium capsules with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or anything acidic — the matte finish on aluminium is durable but can be marked by harsh products. The integrated LED requires no maintenance.
