Yes — the Wolvega is hardwired to a standard ceiling junction box and includes a junction box for mounting. Professional installation by a certified electrician is strongly recommended, particularly for the 12-head version due to its weight and output.
The arms are aluminium finished in gold; the draped panels are pressure-formed acrylic. Both materials are lightweight relative to their size, which keeps the fixture manageable on a standard junction box.
The gold coat is applied over the aluminium and formulated to resist temperature cycling and UV fading under indoor conditions. It should hold its tone for many years without polishing or treatment.
No — the Wolvega uses integrated LEDs sealed into the fixture. They are rated for a very long service life, so replacement should not be needed for many years under normal use.
Wipe the acrylic panels and aluminium arms with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents, which can scratch the acrylic surface. No other maintenance is needed under normal indoor conditions.

The Wolvega is designed for dry interior ceilings — living rooms, dining rooms, and entryways. It is not rated for bathroom or outdoor installation.
Yes, optionally — request dimming at checkout and we configure the driver before shipping. Specify wall-dimmer or remote-dimmer preference and we will advise on compatibility.
The 7-head version runs at 116W for 12,760 lm; the 12-head at 184W for 20,240 lm. Equivalent incandescent output would require roughly 5–6 times the wattage. The LEDs are integrated and long-life — no ongoing bulb cost.
