The lamp mounts to a standard wall junction box with the included hardware. Hardwired connection — a certified electrician is recommended for the electrical connection, which is typically a short job.
No — it is designed for indoor use only. The brass and glass construction is not weatherproofed, and moisture could damage the electrical components and finish over time.
