Veined alabaster—each piece its own

The shades are carved from natural alabaster marble — a translucent stone that diffuses light from within. The arm and backplate are iron, finished in brass or black to suit the room's palette.
Alabaster is a form of gypsum — a naturally occurring mineral that requires no synthetic coating to look beautiful. Its surface carries faint veining unique to each piece, giving the Voile an organic quality no manufactured material can replicate.
The Voile's clustered sphere arrangement reads as quietly sculptural rather than decorative — it suits contemporary, Scandinavian, and transitional interiors as easily as more traditional ones.
The alabaster diffuses the LED into a soft, warm wash rather than a direct beam. The glow is concentrated on the wall around the sconce, which gives rooms a gentle, layered light that works well for evenings.
Warm ambient light — the alabaster filters the LED so the output is soft and diffused. It is not a task light; it is best used for ambient or accent layers alongside overhead or directional sources.
The Voile uses an integrated LED that operates at 90–260V and is sized to the shade — efficient enough for all-evening use without a meaningful energy cost.
Alabaster is a naturally hard stone; the iron arm is powder-coated for resistance to knocks and humidity. Under normal indoor conditions the Voile will hold its look for many years with minimal care.
The Voile wall-mounts to a standard backbox with the included hardware. It is hardwired to mains — professional installation by a certified electrician is recommended for safe, code-compliant fitting.
