Dimmable on request — specify when ordering and we'll configure the fixture. The included E27 LED is replaceable, so you can also swap it for a dimmable bulb of your choice in a standard E27 fitting.
The included E27 LED is rated for 50,000 hours — well over a decade at typical daily use. When it eventually reaches end of life, replace it with any standard E27 LED bulb.
14-day returns from the date of delivery — contact our team to initiate. The handblown glass must be undamaged and in original packaging for a return to be accepted.

Yes — it's a hardwired fixture. A certified electrician should handle the ceiling connection. The cord adjustment and globe fitting are simple and can be done at the same visit.

Wipe the glass globe with a soft, dry cloth — avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the clear surface. The brass holder can be polished lightly if tarnish develops over time.
No — it is rated for indoor use only. Moisture and outdoor temperature cycling would compromise the glass integrity and electrical connections over time.
The cord adjusts up to 1 m from the ceiling — set during installation to whatever height suits the room. The 10 cm canopy is sloped-ceiling compatible, so uneven ceilings are not an obstacle.
