The shade is tinted glass — black and subtly transparent. The holder is powder-coated iron in matte black, temperature-resistant and fade-resistant over time.
No — the colour temperature is fixed by the included E27 LED bulb. For a warmer or cooler tone, you can substitute a different E27 LED in the colour temperature of your choice.
The included E27 LED is rated for 50,000 hours of operating life — far longer than halogen or incandescent alternatives. At 10W it uses significantly less power for equivalent light output.
