Yes — the E14 bulb is designed to be user-replaceable. Remove the glass shade, swap the bulb, and refit the shade. Standard E14 LEDs are widely available.
No — the Uzerche is rated for indoor use only. It suits bedrooms, hallways, living rooms, and dining areas well, but should not be installed in exposed outdoor locations.
It wall-mounts to a standard backbox and hardwires to mains power. The backplate and hardware are included. Professional installation by a certified electrician is recommended.
