Most pendants put a shade around the bulb to contain it. The Tuba builds rings around it — each layer catching the light and releasing it softer than the last. What hangs overhead isn't a fixture. It's a form with a glow living inside it.

The Tuba is made from formed glass with a canopy and hardware in matching metalwork. Three finish options — grey, white, and clear — each shift the quality of the glow while preserving the layered silhouette.
Yes. The Tuba hardwires to a standard ceiling junction box. A certified electrician ensures a secure, code-compliant fit — we include a junction box and mounting bracket to make the process straightforward.
The shades are precision-formed glass; the canopy and hardware are metal. No plastic in the visible structure — the form reads as glass from every angle, which is the point.
Wipe the glass rings with a soft dry cloth or a lightly dampened microfibre. Switch off and allow to cool first. The layered form means dust settles on the upper surfaces — a quarterly wipe is usually enough.
Dimming is available on request — let us know when ordering and we'll configure it. Pair with a compatible E27 dimmable LED bulb for the best result.
An E27 base, replaceable — bulb not included. We recommend a warm-white LED (2700–3000K, up to 15W) to complement the glass diffusion and keep the glow feeling soft rather than clinical.
With a standard 15W LED E27 (replacing a 75–100W equivalent incandescent), the Tuba runs at a fraction of the energy cost. LED lifespans of 15,000–25,000 hours are typical, so replacements are rare.
No — it's designed for dry indoor spaces. The open glass form and hardwired connection aren't rated for moisture or weather exposure. Best in living rooms, dining areas, bedrooms, or hallways.
