The Object

Orbsarranged like a system

The Terschelling Chandelier suspends iron orbs in a staggered cluster — 7, 13, or 19 of them — from adjustable wires at different heights. Each orb holds a replaceable G9 LED with four colour modes: warm, cool, neutral, and tri-colour. The colourful iron finish gives it a playful energy that works in dining rooms, bedrooms, and foyers.
Why you'll love it
  • Staggered iron orbs at varying heights — sculptural depth
  • Replaceable G9 LEDs, included — easy to swap
  • Four colour modes: warm, cool, neutral, tri-colour
  • 7, 13, or 19 heads — scale to the room
  • Dimmable on request · height-adjustable to 1.2 m
Details

A standard hardwired ceiling install — most of it is switching off the power and matching three wires. Set your hanging height before you connect anything, and you're most of the way there.

Before you begin

  • Mounting — to a standard ceiling junction box
  • Power — hardwired to your mains supply
  • Dimming — socketed bulbs dim; integrated-LED models don't
  • Drop — arrives at 47" (1.2 m); want it shorter or longer? Just email us before it ships
  • Ceilings — flat, and most sloped (check the product specs)

What you'll need

  • Screwdriver, voltage tester, wire stripper
  • Wire nuts (included), ladder
  • Drill (only for a new junction box or non-standard ceiling)

Step by step

  1. Turn off the power — switch off the lighting circuit at the breaker, then confirm it's dead with a voltage tester.
  2. Mount the bracket — fasten the included bracket to the junction box, snug and level.
  3. Set your height — before wiring, adjust the cord, chain, or downrod to your drop and lock it at the canopy.
  4. Connect the wires — black to black, white to white, green or bare to ground. Secure each with a wire nut and tuck them into the box.
  5. Attach the fixture — line the canopy up with the bracket and fix it flush with the provided screws or caps.
  6. Add the bulbs — correct type and wattage; if dimming, check the bulbs match your wall dimmer.
  7. Power on and test.

Good to know

  • Follow your local electrical codes.
  • For high or angled ceilings, or anything complex, bring in a licensed electrician.
  • Don't over-tighten decorative parts; dust gently with a soft cloth.

The arrangement

Orbsnot in a line, not in a ring

The Terschelling Chandelier's orbs hang at different wire lengths from a central canopy, creating a three-dimensional cluster rather than a flat ring. The colourful iron paint is non-toxic and temperature-resistant — it won't fade or chip under normal indoor use. Each orb's G9 LED is separately replaceable, so the fixture outlasts its bulbs.

Innovative engineering · intelligent design
3D cluster

Orbs at varying heights create depth — more interesting than a flat ring from any angle.

Four modes

Switch between warm, cool, neutral, and tri-colour to change the room's feel.

Replaceable bulbs

Each G9 is individually replaceable — the fixture outlasts the bulbs.

Frequently asked

Iron orbs with a colourful non-toxic paint finish, suspended on steel wires from an iron canopy. G9 LED bulbs are included — each orb has one individually replaceable bulb.

The Terschelling Chandelier mounts to a standard ceiling junction box. The wires are pre-attached — thread through the canopy and connect. Professional installation recommended.

Yes — G9 LED bulbs, included. The 7-head version draws 35W total; the 19-head version 95W. All modes use the same bulbs — mode is selected at a switch or on request.

Yes — individual wires adjust up to 1.2 m from the ceiling, and you can vary the lengths to change the depth of the cluster. Set at installation and tighten the canopy.

The included G9 LEDs are rated at 50,000+ hours. When any individual bulb reaches end of life, replace it independently — the other orbs are unaffected.
