We recommend a certified electrician for the hardwired ceiling connection. Once wired, setting the drop and levelling the bar is straightforward — but the electrical connection itself should be done by a professional.

Yes — the suspension cables adjust up to 1.2 m. Set the drop to suit ceiling height and the distance above the table or surface below.
The remote is included when you order the adjustable colour temperature version. Fixed warm white or cool white models do not include a remote, as the colour is set at manufacture.

Wipe the metal bar and globe shades with a soft dry cloth. Avoid wet cloths near the electrical connections. The G9 LEDs are replaceable when they eventually need changing.
Yes — it was designed with dining tables and living areas in mind. The long bar format distributes light evenly across a surface below, which is ideal over a rectangular dining table or kitchen island.
No special care needed. The G9 LEDs run cool and are housed inside glass globes — just avoid physical impact on the globes and keep the fixture clean. Replace any individual bulb with a standard G9 LED as needed.
