Yes — the matte finish is applied with non-toxic paint. It is safe for indoor use in living rooms, kitchens, children's rooms, and anywhere else in the home.
The Stoma is hardwired via a ceiling junction box. The mounting bracket and hardware are included. We recommend a certified electrician for hardwired pendant fittings.
