The frame is copper and aluminium — the arms carry the weight without looking heavy. The shades are glass or acrylic, chosen to diffuse the G9 LEDs into a soft, even glow rather than letting the source show through.
Yes — G9 LED bulbs, included with the fixture. When they eventually need replacing, standard G9 LEDs from any hardware store will fit.
