The Palau Chandelier uses hand-blown glass teardrops and a copper frame. The body is available in gold, bronze, or satin nickel; the glass is smoked. Suspension wires are black.
Each smoked glass teardrop refracts and scatters light at a slightly different angle. Across 7 to 31 drops at varied suspension heights, the combined effect creates a shimmering, layered glow reminiscent of light through moving water.
Dimming is available on request. Specify this when ordering the Palau Chandelier and we will configure it for dimmer switch compatibility before dispatch.
The copper frame and hand-blown glass are built to last for decades under normal indoor conditions. The replaceable LED bulbs have long rated lifespans; replacements are standard E12/G9 base.
Dust the glass drops with a soft, dry cloth or a duster every few months. Avoid water on the copper frame. The smoked glass is relatively forgiving — fingerprints are less visible than on clear glass.
Due to the Palau Chandelier's weight (up to 30 kg) and size, professional installation by a certified electrician is strongly recommended. Ensure the ceiling junction box and structural support are rated for the weight.
The Palau Chandelier uses E12 or G9 LED bulbs, which are included. Use replacements of the same base type; choose a warm colour temperature (2700–3000K) for the most flattering result with smoked glass.

No — the Palau Chandelier is rated IP20 for indoor dry spaces only. It is not suitable for outdoor installations, covered terraces, or damp environments.
Wipe each glass teardrop with a dry microfibre cloth. For stubborn marks, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Never use chemical cleaners or solvents on the glass or copper frame.
