Dust the glass petals with a soft, dry cloth or a fine brush. The copper and gold trim wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid liquid cleaners on the frame finish.
The Lucarne Chandelier is covered by a 14-day return window from delivery. Items must arrive back in their original packaging. Contact us and we'll arrange the return process.
Yes — the Lucarne uses E14 LED bulbs, which are replaceable. When a bulb eventually fails, any standard E14 LED is a direct swap — no specialist fittings required.
The Lucarne Chandelier operates on 90–260V — compatible with electrical systems in Europe, North America, Australia, and most of the world. No converter needed.
The Lucarne's E14 LEDs are energy-efficient by design, and rated at 50,000 hours of operating life. At eight hours of daily use that's over 17 years before replacement.
Sloped-ceiling compatibility is available on request. Let us know your ceiling angle when ordering and we'll configure the suspension accordingly.

The frame is temperature and fade-resistant — no special treatment needed. Keep the glass petals free of dust and the finish will stay consistent. Avoid abrasive cloths on the copper trim.
