The Object

Lit from withinglass that grows outward

The Lapis Chandelier suspends layers of shaped glass leaves on a copper frame, each piece angled to catch the light differently. It spreads across the ceiling like a branch in full bloom — not a single source but dozens of small glowing forms. Warm tinted glass in green or coffee; remote-dimmable LEDs rated 50,000 hours.
Why you'll love it
  • Layered glass leaves diffuse the glow into a soft, organic wash
  • Remote dimming — adjust from your seat, without getting up
  • Copper and glass construction — heat-resistant and built to last
  • Four sizes from 150 cm to 300 cm to suit the room
  • G9 LEDs included — replaceable, 50,000-hour rated
Details

A standard hardwired ceiling install — most of it is switching off the power and matching three wires. Set your hanging height before you connect anything, and you're most of the way there.

Before you begin

  • Mounting — to a standard ceiling junction box
  • Power — hardwired to your mains supply
  • Dimming — socketed bulbs dim; integrated-LED models don't
  • Drop — arrives at 47" (1.2 m); want it shorter or longer? Just email us before it ships
  • Ceilings — flat, and most sloped (check the product specs)

What you'll need

  • Screwdriver, voltage tester, wire stripper
  • Wire nuts (included), ladder
  • Drill (only for a new junction box or non-standard ceiling)

Step by step

  1. Turn off the power — switch off the lighting circuit at the breaker, then confirm it's dead with a voltage tester.
  2. Mount the bracket — fasten the included bracket to the junction box, snug and level.
  3. Set your height — before wiring, adjust the cord, chain, or downrod to your drop and lock it at the canopy.
  4. Connect the wires — black to black, white to white, green or bare to ground. Secure each with a wire nut and tuck them into the box.
  5. Attach the fixture — line the canopy up with the bracket and fix it flush with the provided screws or caps.
  6. Add the bulbs — correct type and wattage; if dimming, check the bulbs match your wall dimmer.
  7. Power on and test.

Good to know

  • Follow your local electrical codes.
  • For high or angled ceilings, or anything complex, bring in a licensed electrician.
  • Don't over-tighten decorative parts; dust gently with a soft cloth.

The shape

Glass spread widea canopy overhead

Each glass piece is individually set on a copper arm, fanned outward so the fixture reads as one organic form rather than a row of lights. The tinted glass — green or coffee — warms the LED glow before it reaches the room. From below, the effect is layered: light through glass through glass, settling gently down.

Innovative engineering · intelligent design
Three reasons the Lapis Chandelier performs as well as it looks.
Organic spread

Dozens of glass leaves fan outward, filling the ceiling with a warm, dappled glow.

Remote dimming

Set brightness from across the room — no switches, no effort.

Long-life LEDs

G9 LEDs included and replaceable, rated past 50,000 hours of use.

Material & craft

Glassshaped into something alive

Each glass leaf is individually formed and set into the copper frame by hand, angled so no two pieces align perfectly. The variation is intentional: it's what gives the fixture its organic, slightly imperfect quality — the feeling of something that grew rather than was assembled.

Design statement

Lightthat settles like a canopy

Most chandeliers point down. The Lapis spreads outward — glass leaves fanning from the centre in every direction, so the whole ceiling feels alive with layered warmth. Lit, each leaf catches the LED glow at its own angle, and the light that reaches the room below has passed through glass twice over.

Frequently asked

The Lapis Chandelier ships free worldwide and typically arrives within 15–21 business days. You'll receive tracking as soon as it dispatches.

The Lapis Chandelier is hardwired to a ceiling junction box. We recommend a certified electrician for all hardwired fixtures — it ensures a safe, clean result.

Yes. The Lapis Chandelier uses G9 LED bulbs included in the box. When a bulb eventually reaches end-of-life after 50,000+ hours, standard G9 replacements fit directly.

The Lapis Chandelier hangs on an adjustable cord up to 2 m. Trim or coil it at installation to set the exact drop you need for your ceiling height.

The Lapis Chandelier comes with a gold-toned copper body and your choice of green or coffee tinted glass — two warm, nature-inspired palettes.

Yes. The Lapis Chandelier's finish is temperature-resistant and non-toxic — certified to UL and CCC standards for safe indoor use.

Yes. All ceiling brackets, canopy hardware, and the adjustable cord are included with the Lapis Chandelier — nothing extra to source.

The Lapis Chandelier operates on 90–260V, covering standard residential supply in virtually every country. No transformer or adapter needed.

The included G9 LEDs are rated at 50,000 hours of operating life — that's over a decade of daily use before they need replacing.

Dust the Lapis Chandelier with a soft, dry cloth. For the glass leaves, a lightly damp cloth works well — avoid abrasive cleaners that could affect the tinted finish.
