Stonelit from an open bulb

The Ladoix sets a circular marble form on the wall, layer upon layer, with an open bulb at its centre. The stone catches the glow — each vein lit differently, each piece its own. Industrial honestly, organic warmth: the contrast is what makes it.
Why you'll love it
  • Natural marble — each piece carries its own unique veining
  • Open bulb at the centre — a warm, direct glow through stone
  • Circular layered form — reads as sculpture before it reads as light
  • Wall-mounted — clean integration with no floor footprint
  • Replaceable E27 LED · dimmable on request · 90–260V
Details

Most wall lamps are a simple bracket-and-wire job — but check your power type first, since hardwired, plug-in, and rechargeable models each install a little differently.

Before you begin

  • Dimming — most socketed lamps dim; integrated-LED models don't
  • Power — hardwired, plug-in, or rechargeable depending on the model; check your product details
  • Mounting — wall-mount, hardware included
  • Indoor/outdoor — confirm your model is rated for outdoor use before installing outside

What you'll need

  • Screwdriver
  • Wire nuts (included for hardwired models)
  • Voltage tester
  • Power drill (for new mounting locations)

Step by step

  1. Identify your power type — hardwired, plug-in, or rechargeable. Follow the steps below for yours.
  2. If hardwired: turn off the power — switch off at your main electrical panel and confirm with a voltage tester.
  3. If hardwired: remove the old lamp — unscrew it and disconnect the wires by removing the wire nuts.
  4. If hardwired: attach the new mounting bracket — align it with your junction box or marked wall location and secure with the included screws.
  5. If hardwired: connect the wires — black to black, white to white, green or bare to ground. Twist and secure with wire nuts, then tuck neatly into the junction box.
  6. If hardwired: mount the fixture — align with the bracket and secure with the provided screws.
  7. If hardwired: install the bulb — correct type and wattage, if your model uses one.
  8. If hardwired: restore power and test.
  9. If plug-in: mount the bracket — with anchors or screws, then attach the fixture and plug it into a nearby outlet. Route the cord neatly.
  10. If rechargeable: mount the bracket — with screws and anchors, fully charge the lamp with the included cable, then install it onto the bracket and power on.

Good to know

  • Follow your local electrical codes.
  • Bring in a licensed electrician if you're unsure.
  • Dust and clean your fixture regularly to keep it looking its best.

On the form

Layers of stoneone open source of light

The circular form is built up in concentric marble rings, each one catching the bulb's glow at a slightly different angle. The open socket placement is deliberate — industrial contrast against the organic warmth of natural stone. No two pieces look quite the same.

Frequently asked

Real marble — a natural stone, so the colour and veining vary across pieces. Each Ladoix is slightly different, which is part of what makes it worth looking at.

Yes, on request. Let us know at checkout and we'll configure the Ladoix for dimming — it works with most standard wall dimmers once set up.

An E27 LED bulb, 15W, included in the box. It's replaceable, so you can swap it out whenever needed — no special tools required.

Just one E27 bulb — it's the open, central element of the design. The single source is what creates the warm, direct glow through the stone layers.

The Ladoix runs on 90–260V, so it works with standard home electrical systems across most countries with no adapter needed.

Yes — the Ladoix suits hallways, living rooms, and bedrooms equally well. It's designed for indoor use only; avoid damp or wet areas like bathrooms or exterior walls.

It comes in grey marble — the natural material means the exact tone varies slightly between pieces. No two are identical in veining or depth of colour.

A warm, soft ambient glow. The open bulb and marble form together diffuse the light into the surrounding wall, creating depth and warmth rather than a hard, direct beam.

Wall-mounted with standard hardware — bracket and fixings are included. We recommend a certified electrician for the hardwired connection.

Yes — marble is a natural material, so no two Ladoix lamps are identical. The veining, tone variation, and stone character are inherent to what you're buying, not a flaw.
