The Kvivik Knob is made from crystal and brass. The crystal forms the visible head — smooth, round, and slightly faceted — and the brass provides the fitting, threading, and base. The finish over the brass varies: brass-tone, chrome, pink, or white.
The Kvivik Knob threads through a single pre-drilled hole in your cabinet door or drawer front and secures with the included screw from behind. Pull bars use two screws through standard hole spacings — 9.6 or 12.8 cm centre-to-centre. Most installs take a few minutes per fitting.
No. The Kvivik Knob is designed for indoor cabinet and furniture use. Prolonged outdoor exposure to moisture and temperature variation is not suitable for either the crystal or the brass finish.
The crystals in the Kvivik Knob are precision-cut crystal glass — not gemstone, but manufactured to a high clarity and finish. The visual effect under room light is a clean, subtle sparkle rather than a costume jewellery look.
