Yes — the Haldarsvik takes E27 LEDs (not included) which are highly energy-efficient. Choose a warm filament-style LED at 6–10W for equivalent output to a 60W incandescent per head.
E27 LEDs typically last 15,000–25,000 hours depending on brand and quality. At 6 hours per day that's 7–11 years before replacement. The iron bar and glass shades are built for far longer.
Yes — living rooms, bedrooms, dining areas, hallways, and kitchens all suit the Haldarsvik. The 1-head version works as a bedside or reading light; the 5-head works as a full-room ceiling fixture.

The Haldarsvik hardwires to a standard ceiling junction box. The canopy covers the connection point. A certified electrician should handle the wiring; the physical mounting is straightforward.
That depends on the E27 bulb you choose — a warm white LED at 2,700–3,000 K creates a warm, inviting tone; a cool white at 4,000 K reads more contemporary and clinical. We recommend 2,700 K for living spaces.
