Yes — the Fohr mounts directly to a wall with the included hardware, wired to mains. Mark your fixing points, run the cable, and secure the bar. A certified electrician is recommended for the wiring step.
Very. The shortest bar (60 cm) draws just 9W; even the 200 cm version uses only 28W. Equivalent incandescent outputs would consume 4–5 times as much energy, and the integrated LED is rated for 50,000+ hours.
