Yes — the Entasis includes a junction box, mounting bracket, and all hardware needed to hang it from a standard ceiling box. The cord and canopy are pre-assembled; a certified electrician handles the mains connection.
The fixture hangs from a standard ceiling junction box in a few steps — bracket to box, shade onto bracket, connect wires, secure and level. We recommend a certified electrician for the mains connection, but the fit itself is straightforward.
Yes — the cord adjusts up to 1.5 m. Set the hanging height at installation to position the bar at the right level above your table or surface — typically 70–80 cm above a dining table for comfortable, glare-free light.
Yes, on request. Let us know at checkout and the Entasis will be configured for dimming. Remote dimming is available — adjust brightness from across the room without a wall switch.
4-head configuration: 32W (3520 lm). 5-head: 39W (4290 lm). 6-head: 48W (5280 lm). The integrated LEDs are efficient relative to their light output — bright enough for a dining room without high running costs.
The Entasis uses integrated LEDs controlled by the included wiring — it's not natively smart-home compatible. For smart control, a smart dimmer switch on the wall circuit will work when configured for dimming on request.
The bar and head housings are aluminium (black or white powder-coat); the diffuser caps on each head are acrylic. The cord is textile-wrapped. No glass elements — the acrylic diffuser is lighter and less fragile.
Yes — the 1.5 m adjustable cord gives enough drop for high ceilings while still allowing you to position the bar at the right height above the surface below. For very high ceilings, contact us about extended cord options.
Wipe the aluminium bar and acrylic caps with a dry or barely damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners on the powder-coat finish or the acrylic. The integrated LEDs require no maintenance — they're rated for 50,000+ hours.
Nava offers a 14-day return window from delivery. If the product arrives damaged or not as described, contact us and we'll arrange a return or replacement. The Entasis also carries a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects.
