Yes — the head rotates 270° horizontally and tilts 90° vertically. That gives you a full working arc from pointing straight down at a desk surface to angling toward the wall or ceiling for ambient fill.
An E27 base — the most common bulb size in most markets. Any E27 LED works; the included 15W bulb provides 1500 lm, which is a solid output for desk and task work.
Yes — a 15W E27 LED (1500 lm) is included in the box. You can use it straight from setup; replacement bulbs of the same base are available from any hardware or lighting retailer.
