The Object

Arched above the basinwater on a clean curve

The Dreischor rises from the deck on a smooth arched spout — water follows the curve and falls without turbulence. The geometric handles give precise control without fuss, and solid brass construction means no corrosion, no plastic parts to fail over years of daily use. A triple-hole fitting; G1/2 BSP thread with NPT compatibility available for North American plumbing.
Why you'll love it
  • Solid brass — corrosion-resistant, built for decades of use
  • Smooth arched spout with clean, laminar water flow
  • Geometric lever handles for precise, comfortable control
  • Supports 14–73 Psi pressure range for varied plumbing systems
  • Certified CE, NSF/ANSI 61 & 372, WaterSense compliant
Details

Water off first, then it's supply lines and sealant — wall-mounted and counter-mounted faucets install a little differently, so follow the steps for your type.

Before you begin

  • Mounting — wall-mounted or counter-mounted; check your product's description first
  • Thread compatibility — G1/2 BSP is standard outside North America; NPT-compatible options are available for U.S. and Canadian plumbing (an adapter may be required)

What you'll need

  • Adjustable wrench, pipe tape (Teflon), basin wrench
  • Plumber's putty or silicone sealant, bucket or towel
  • Drill and anchors (for wall-mounted units)

Step by step

  1. Wall-mounted — turn off the water supply — shut off hot and cold valves and open nearby faucets to release pressure.
  2. Wall-mounted — prepare the water lines — confirm wall outlets for hot and cold water align with your faucet's inlets, and make any plumbing adjustments before mounting.
  3. Wall-mounted — install mounting hardware — mark and drill holes, then mount the support plate with the provided anchors or screws.
  4. Wall-mounted — connect supply lines — wrap threaded connections with plumber's tape and attach hot and cold lines securely to the valve inlets.
  5. Wall-mounted — mount the faucet body — secure the spout and handles onto the mounted base, tightening with a wrench without overtightening.
  6. Wall-mounted — seal and finish — apply silicone sealant around the base fittings and let it cure as recommended.
  7. Wall-mounted — turn on the water and test — check for leaks and test the temperature control.
  8. Counter-mounted — turn off the water supply — shut off both valves under the sink and drain any remaining water from the faucet.
  9. Counter-mounted — position the faucet and handles — insert through the pre-drilled holes on the countertop or sink deck.
  10. Counter-mounted — secure from beneath — use mounting nuts and washers from below the sink.
  11. Counter-mounted — connect the water supply lines — use plumber's tape on all threaded joints and attach hot and cold lines with flexible connectors.
  12. Counter-mounted — seal the base — apply plumber's putty or silicone around the faucet base if required.
  13. Counter-mounted — turn on the water and inspect — check for steady flow, correct temperature, and tight seals.

Good to know

  • Always verify thread compatibility (BSP vs. NPT) and use an adapter where needed.
  • If you're unsure about your plumbing system, consult a licensed plumber.
  • Clean aerators periodically for the best water flow.
  • For outdoor wall applications, make sure you have frost protection in colder climates.

The structure

Solid brass bodygeometric at the handle

Brass is drawn, machined, and polished to tolerance. The Dreischor's handles are cut with flat geometric faces rather than curved grips — a choice that reads as intentional under the hand and deliberate in the room. No plated surface; the finish is the material.

Frequently asked

Solid brass throughout — not brass-plated over a cheaper base. Brass is naturally corrosion-resistant and maintains its integrity over years of water exposure, making it a lasting choice for bathroom hardware.

A smooth, arched spout that rises from the deck and curves over the basin. The arc delivers water in a clean, laminar stream — minimal splash, precise aim, easy to use with soapy hands.

The flat-faced geometric levers give a clear grip point that's easy to engage even with wet hands. They also index intuitively — you can feel and see the position without guesswork, making precise temperature control straightforward.

The Dreischor operates across 14 Psi minimum to 73 Psi maximum, with optimal performance at 44 Psi medium pressure. This range covers most residential and commercial plumbing systems.

1.9 gallons per minute — a flow rate that provides confident rinsing without waste. It's efficient without the reduced-pressure feel of lower-flow restrictors.

It fits a standard triple-hole basin configuration with G1/2 BSP thread. North American plumbing uses NPT thread — an adapter is available. We recommend a qualified plumber for installation to ensure a watertight seal.

The arched spout and geometric lever handles read as clean and considered — they add definition without decoration. The solid brass finish works particularly well alongside stone basins, marble countertops, or neutral tile.

Yes — solid brass is inherently corrosion-resistant and does not degrade through water exposure. Unlike plated finishes that can chip or flake, solid brass maintains its surface integrity with regular cleaning.

Yes — the 14–73 Psi operating range means it performs reliably across high and low-pressure systems alike. If your home has particularly high pressure, a pressure regulator is a good addition upstream.

Solid brass construction, clean geometric design, and broad pressure compatibility make it a low-maintenance, long-lasting choice. The WaterSense and NSF/ANSI 61 & 372 certifications confirm it meets water efficiency and safety standards.
