Yes — the Diopter is rated IP65, which means it's sealed against rain and dust. It performs equally well in a bedroom or studio and on a covered terrace, balcony, or in a garden.
A full charge gives up to three hours of continuous light. Charging is via USB so any standard power bank or phone charger will do it — no proprietary cable required.
Yes — the tube and power cord arrive ready to use. There's nothing to assemble, no mounting hardware needed. Stand it where you want it and plug in or switch to battery.
Lean it against a wall, stand it beside a sofa, place it on a shelf, or cluster two heights together for more presence. It works as an accent in a corner or a focal point in a smaller room.
The tube is polycarbonate — lightweight and impact-resistant, which is why it can go outdoors without concern. The LED strip inside is sealed and protected, rated for 50,000 hours of use.
On fixed-colour models, the colour is determined at purchase. On the colour-changing model, the included remote switches between 16 colours, adjusts brightness, controls flash patterns, and activates the integrated microphone for sound response.
Yes — the Diopter comes with a one-year warranty, extendable to two or three years. We stand behind the product and will arrange a replacement or repair for any manufacturing defect within the warranty period.
Via the included USB cable — plug it into any USB charger, power bank, or laptop port. A full charge takes a few hours and delivers up to three hours of cordless use.
At 18W with a 50,000-hour LED lifespan, the Diopter draws very little power for the amount of light and atmosphere it produces. Running it from battery for short sessions barely registers on energy cost.
Almost none — wipe the polycarbonate tube with a damp cloth to remove dust or outdoor residue. The LED is sealed and integrated; there are no bulbs to clean or replace over the life of the product.
