The Object

Arms that holdglass at each end

The Dichroic Chandelier runs iron arms outward from a central canopy, each ending in a glass holder for an E14 LED. The profile stays airy — arms spread rather than mass, so the fixture has presence without overwhelming the room below. Height-adjustable suspension, dimmable on request, in black or gold, three configurations from 6 to 12 heads.
Why you'll love it
  • Airy multi-arm profile — presence without mass or visual weight
  • Black or gold iron finish for warm or crisp interior palettes
  • Three sizes — 6, 9, or 12 heads to match the room and table
  • Height-adjustable suspension to 1 m for precise placement
  • Dimmable on request · replaceable E14 LED bulbs · 50,000 hrs
Details

A standard hardwired ceiling install — most of it is switching off the power and matching three wires. Set your hanging height before you connect anything, and you're most of the way there.

Before you begin

  • Mounting — to a standard ceiling junction box
  • Power — hardwired to your mains supply
  • Dimming — socketed bulbs dim; integrated-LED models don't
  • Drop — arrives at 47" (1.2 m); want it shorter or longer? Just email us before it ships
  • Ceilings — flat, and most sloped (check the product specs)

What you'll need

  • Screwdriver, voltage tester, wire stripper
  • Wire nuts (included), ladder
  • Drill (only for a new junction box or non-standard ceiling)

Step by step

  1. Turn off the power — switch off the lighting circuit at the breaker, then confirm it's dead with a voltage tester.
  2. Mount the bracket — fasten the included bracket to the junction box, snug and level.
  3. Set your height — before wiring, adjust the cord, chain, or downrod to your drop and lock it at the canopy.
  4. Connect the wires — black to black, white to white, green or bare to ground. Secure each with a wire nut and tuck them into the box.
  5. Attach the fixture — line the canopy up with the bracket and fix it flush with the provided screws or caps.
  6. Add the bulbs — correct type and wattage; if dimming, check the bulbs match your wall dimmer.
  7. Power on and test.

Good to know

  • Follow your local electrical codes.
  • For high or angled ceilings, or anything complex, bring in a licensed electrician.
  • Don't over-tighten decorative parts; dust gently with a soft cloth.

On the build

Iron arms spreadingglass held at each tip

The Dichroic's structure is pure iron — bent arms, a central canopy, and individual glass holders at each tip. The glass gives each head just enough diffusion to soften the E14 LED without obscuring it. The arms radiate outward at a slight downward angle, which distributes light across the table and walls rather than concentrating it directly below the canopy. The black and gold finishes apply to all iron elements; the glass is clear in both cases.

Scale to the room

Six, nine, or twelve arms — the same design grows or reduces proportionally for different room sizes.

Set the height

Adjustable suspension to 1 m lets you position it low over a dining table or higher in an open room.

Long-lasting

Replaceable E14 LEDs rated at 50,000 hours — a standard bulb base available anywhere when it's time.

Frequently asked

Iron arms and frame with glass holders at each tip — the glass softens the E14 LED bulb without obscuring it. The iron is finished in either matte black or gold, and the glass is clear in both versions.

The Dichroic mounts to a standard ceiling junction box using a pipe-erected system — the suspension rod threads into the canopy, and the arms and glass holders connect below. Full hardware is included; an electrician should make the mains connection.

Yes, on request — specify dimming when you order and we'll configure the wiring for a standard wall dimmer. The E14 LED bulbs used are compatible with most residential dimmer switches.

The iron frame is built for decades of indoor use. The E14 LED bulbs are rated at 50,000 hours — at four hours a day, that's over 34 years. When a bulb does need replacing, any standard E14 LED from a hardware or lighting shop fits.

Yes — the Dichroic is designed specifically for LED E14 bulbs. The included bulbs are LED from the outset; using standard incandescent E14s instead would generate more heat but would also fit the socket.

90–260V AC — compatible with residential supply in Europe, North America, Australia, and most global markets. No voltage adapter is required.

The Dichroic's multi-arm form has a classical reference, and the gold finish in particular reads well in period interiors. The LED bulbs and adjustable suspension are modern, but the visual language of the fixture suits older architectural contexts.

Yes — the ceiling canopy, mounting bracket, and all installation hardware are included. The adjustable cord goes up to 1 m, so it works at a range of ceiling heights without modification.

Wipe the iron arms and canopy with a soft dry cloth to remove dust. The glass holders can be removed carefully and wiped with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners on the iron finish, especially on the gold version.

Two finishes: black and gold. The black is a clean matte dark that suits contemporary and industrial interiors; the gold is a warmer, more traditional tone that pairs with brass fixtures and warm-toned rooms.
