The cord adjusts to a maximum of 1.2 m (4.1 ft). You set the drop at installation to position the pendant at the right height above your surface.
No — it uses a replaceable GU10 LED bulb, which is included. GU10 bulbs are widely available, so replacement is easy when the time comes (typically 25,000–50,000 hours of use).
Yes — the cord adjusts at the canopy. For dining tables, 70–80 cm above the table surface is a common starting point; adjust to suit your ceiling height and room scale.
No — it's designed for indoor installation only. Concrete is porous and the fixture is not weather-sealed. It works well in dry spaces: dining rooms, kitchens, studios, and offices.

Wipe the concrete surface with a dry or barely-damp cloth — no abrasives or liquid cleaners on the concrete. The metal canopy can be wiped with a damp cloth. Turn the fixture off and let it cool before cleaning.
