The Object

Wood overheadmoving air, soft light

The Citrine Ceiling Fan replaces two separate fixtures with one: a high-quality motor with five wooden blades, and an integrated LED under a glass shade. Both are controlled from the remote — fan speed, light brightness, and colour temperature — without a wall switch. The blades reverse direction for winter circulation. Blue, black, or white; two spans (106 and 122 cm); quiet enough for a bedroom.
Why you'll love it
  • Five wooden blades — silent at all three speed settings
  • Integrated LED with glass shade — warm, diffused overhead light
  • Three light modes — warm, neutral, and cool white by remote
  • Reversible blades — cooling in summer, circulation in winter
  • Remote controls fan and light — no separate wall switch needed
Details

A close-to-ceiling install for low-clearance rooms — power off, mount the bracket, match the wires, done.

Before you begin

  • Mounting — direct to a standard ceiling junction box; sits close against the ceiling
  • Dimming — most socketed models dim; integrated-LED models don't
  • Ceilings — flat ceilings only; for vaulted or sloped ceilings, look at semi-flush or pendant options instead
  • Power — hardwired to your home's electrical system

What you'll need

  • Screwdriver, voltage tester, wire stripper
  • Wire nuts (included), ladder
  • Drill (only for a new junction box or non-standard ceiling)

Step by step

  1. Turn off the power — shut it off at the breaker panel and confirm with a voltage tester.
  2. Remove the fixture cover — twist or unclip the outer shade or base cover to expose the mounting plate and wiring.
  3. Install the mounting bracket — attach it to the ceiling junction box with the supplied screws, secure and level.
  4. Connect the wires — black to black, white to white, green or bare to ground. Secure each with a wire nut and tuck them into the junction box.
  5. Attach the fixture base — lift into place, align with the bracket, and secure with the provided screws so it sits flush against the ceiling.
  6. Reattach the cover — twist, clip, or fasten the decorative cover or diffuser back on.
  7. Restore power and test.

Good to know

  • Great for standard or low ceilings — hallways, bedrooms, closets.
  • Confirm your junction box can support the fixture's weight.
  • Follow local electrical codes.
  • When in doubt, bring in a licensed electrician.

On the build

Wooden bladescut for balance, not just looks

The five wooden blade arms are matched by weight and balanced at the factory, so the motor runs without vibration even at the highest speed setting. Wood is also quieter than acrylic or metal at the blade edge — there's no flex or rattle as the speed increases. The result is a fan you can run through the night without noticing it.

Innovative engineering · intelligent design
One remote

Controls fan speed and light mode independently — no wall switch required.

Silent blades

Balanced wooden arms run without vibration or blade-edge noise at any speed.

Reverses

Flip blade direction in winter to push warm ceiling air back down into the room.

Frequently asked

The canopy is acrylic; the five fan blades are real wood; the motor housing is iron. The combination keeps the weight manageable at 8 kg while giving the blade arms the density needed for quiet, balanced rotation.

Mount the ceiling bracket to a junction box rated for fan weight, connect the wiring, then attach the motor assembly and blades. A pipe mount is used rather than a flat flush ceiling plate. Professional installation by a certified electrician is recommended.

Yes — through the included remote only. The LED driver is compatible with the remote's dimming signal, but a standard wall dimmer switch won't affect it.

Yes — the remote is included in the box. It controls fan speed (three settings), LED brightness, and light colour temperature. No additional accessories required.

Yes — reverse direction via the remote. Counter-clockwise (summer) pushes cool air downward; clockwise (winter) draws air upward and recirculates warm air trapped at the ceiling without creating a draught.

The motor is engineered for residential efficiency — delivering meaningful airflow at the lowest speed without drawing full power. Running costs across a full summer season are modest compared to air conditioning.

Three: warm white for evenings and bedrooms, neutral white for general use, and cool white for tasks. Switch between them by remote at any time without changing bulbs.

Yes — the motor is selected for low noise and the wooden blades are factory-balanced to eliminate vibration. At all three speed settings the sound level is low enough for use in bedrooms and nurseries.

In summer mode the five blades push air downward, creating an evaporative cooling effect across the skin. In winter mode, reversed rotation draws cool air upward and forces the warmer ceiling layer back down into the living zone, reducing heating load.

A 1-year warranty is included as standard, extendable to 2, 3, or 5 years. Contact our team after purchase to arrange the coverage that suits you.
