The Object

Turningwithout calling attention to itself

The Cirrus draws its five blades outward in a gentle curve, so the fan reads as form before it reads as function. The DC motor underneath runs quietly enough to disappear into the room. A remote adjusts speed from the sofa; the motor reverses direction for summer or winter circulation. Three diameters — 132, 142, or 152 cm — to match the ceiling.
Why you'll love it
  • Five solid-wood blades — warm grain, quiet sweep
  • Reversible DC motor works in both summer and winter
  • Remote-controlled speed, no wall switch required
  • Silent enough to run all night without noticing
  • Three sizes — 132, 142, or 152 cm diameter
Details

A close-to-ceiling install for low-clearance rooms — power off, mount the bracket, match the wires, done.

Before you begin

  • Mounting — direct to a standard ceiling junction box; sits close against the ceiling
  • Dimming — most socketed models dim; integrated-LED models don't
  • Ceilings — flat ceilings only; for vaulted or sloped ceilings, look at semi-flush or pendant options instead
  • Power — hardwired to your home's electrical system

What you'll need

  • Screwdriver, voltage tester, wire stripper
  • Wire nuts (included), ladder
  • Drill (only for a new junction box or non-standard ceiling)

Step by step

  1. Turn off the power — shut it off at the breaker panel and confirm with a voltage tester.
  2. Remove the fixture cover — twist or unclip the outer shade or base cover to expose the mounting plate and wiring.
  3. Install the mounting bracket — attach it to the ceiling junction box with the supplied screws, secure and level.
  4. Connect the wires — black to black, white to white, green or bare to ground. Secure each with a wire nut and tuck them into the junction box.
  5. Attach the fixture base — lift into place, align with the bracket, and secure with the provided screws so it sits flush against the ceiling.
  6. Reattach the cover — twist, clip, or fasten the decorative cover or diffuser back on.
  7. Restore power and test.

Good to know

  • Great for standard or low ceilings — hallways, bedrooms, closets.
  • Confirm your junction box can support the fixture's weight.
  • Follow local electrical codes.
  • When in doubt, bring in a licensed electrician.

On the form

Balancedfive blades, one quiet rhythm

Each blade is shaped from solid wood with a gentle outward curve that gives the fan a sense of motion even at rest. The slim central housing keeps the silhouette clean from below. Turn it on and the movement feels continuous, not mechanical.

Innovative engineering · intelligent design
Three things that make the Cirrus work as hard as it looks good.
Quiet sweep

The DC motor runs near-silently at every speed — comfortable to sleep and work under.

Year-round

Reverse the motor direction to push warm air down in winter, cool air up in summer.

Remote control

Adjust fan speed from anywhere in the room — no wall switch needed.

Design statement

Motiondrawn from the material

The Cirrus starts with the wood. Each blade curves outward with the natural generosity of the grain, so the fan feels shaped rather than engineered. At rest it reads as a considered object; in motion, the arc of five blades becomes a single quiet gesture overhead.

Frequently asked

The blades are solid wood with a natural grain finish; the motor housing and frame are iron. Together they keep the weight balanced and the silhouette clean from below.

The reversible DC motor is significantly more efficient than a standard AC motor — using roughly 70% less power at comparable speeds, so you can run it all day without a noticeable increase in your electricity bill.

Yes — the remote is included in the box. It adjusts fan speed across multiple settings and lets you switch motor direction, all without touching a wall switch.

The Cirrus mounts to a standard ceiling junction box via the included pipe bracket. Wiring follows a straightforward three-step process: mount the bracket, connect the wires, attach the fan assembly. Professional installation by a certified electrician is recommended.

Yes. Run the blades counter-clockwise in summer to push cool air down; reverse to clockwise in winter to recirculate warm air that collects near the ceiling. The remote switches direction in seconds.

Yes — the DC motor is fully reversible via the remote. This lets you optimise airflow direction for cooling in summer and heat redistribution in winter, making it genuinely useful year-round.

Very. The DC motor is engineered for near-silent operation across all speeds. The five-blade geometry is balanced to avoid vibration, so the Cirrus is comfortable to run in a bedroom or study without any intrusive noise.

Nava Decor covers the Cirrus with a one-year warranty on manufacturing defects. Extended cover to two or three years is available — contact us after purchase and we'll arrange it.

The Cirrus pairs a warm natural-wood aesthetic with a slimline profile — a combination that sits comfortably in period rooms as well as modern ones. For listed buildings, check ceiling height and junction-box requirements before installation.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Contact our support team to initiate a return and we'll guide you through the process.
