Yes. The Chroma hardwires into a ceiling junction box and can weigh up to 17 lbs (24-head). A certified electrician will ensure the mounting bracket is correctly secured and the wiring is safe.
The optional trichromatic configuration gives you three switchable colour temperatures — warm white for evening ambiance, neutral white for general use, and cool white for task or accent lighting. Select the mode via the wall switch sequence.
The ring and frame are wrought iron — solid and built for decades of use. The lamp heads are fitted with clear glass globes. The overall construction is robust without being heavy relative to its footprint.
Yes. The Chroma uses G9 LED bulbs that are individually replaceable. Bulbs are included with the fixture, and standard G9 LEDs are widely available should you ever need to replace one.
Yes — a 1-year warranty from delivery covers manufacturing defects. Extended warranty plans (2 or 3 years) are available on request. Nava Decor offers 14-day returns on unused items.
Turn off and allow the fixture to cool completely. Wipe the iron frame with a dry cloth. The clear glass globes can be removed individually and wiped with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then reattached once dry.
Dimming is optional — specify at the time of ordering and the Chroma will be configured for use with a compatible wall dimmer. The G9 bulbs used are compatible with most leading-edge dimmer circuits.
No — the Chroma is designed for dry indoor use only. It is not rated for outdoor installation, covered patios, or areas exposed to moisture.
Nava Decor offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Contact our team to initiate a return.
