The shade is silk fabric, stretched over an iron ring frame. The canopy and hardware are iron in a white finish. Bulb is not included — any standard E27 LED works.

Yes — full installation instructions are included with the fixture. The cord is pre-assembled and adjustable; a certified electrician should handle the hardwired ceiling connection.
