No — the LED is integrated into the fixture and included. There's nothing to source or install separately; the lamp is ready to wire from the box.
Yes — it's compatible with ELV dimmers. A dimmer switch is required but not included; any standard ELV-compatible dimmer sold at a hardware store will work.
The 12W version produces 1100lm and the 15W version also produces 1100lm at a wider spread. Combined with ELV dimming, both can be adjusted from full brightness down to a very low warm level.
