An E26 LED, included with the fixture. E26 is the standard North American base — any E26 bulb fits, and we recommend a warm white (2700K) filament-style LED for the most flattering result through the seeded glass.

The pendant uses a pipe-erected system — a rigid pipe sections carry the cord from the ceiling canopy to the shade, giving a clean vertical drop. It hardwires to a standard ceiling junction box; we recommend a certified electrician for the connection.
The Cassis runs on 90–260VAC, covering North American (110–120V) and European/Australian (220–240V) systems. No transformer or adaptor is needed for standard installations in either market.
The seeded glass breaks the LED beam into a gentle scatter before it exits the shade — the result is warm, diffused ambient light rather than a directed beam. The air bubbles in the glass glow softly themselves, adding a depth to the fixture beyond plain frosted glass.
