Yes. The Calico hardwires into the wall and requires connection to mains wiring. We recommend a certified electrician handle the installation to ensure safety and a clean finish.
The Calico uses an integrated LED — no separate bulb purchase is needed. The LED is built into the fixture and runs on 90–260V, making it compatible with outlets worldwide.
Yes. The Calico ships with all the brackets and hardware needed to mount it to a standard wall junction box. Your electrician will have everything required on arrival.
The Calico is designed for dry indoor spaces — living rooms, bedrooms, hallways. If you'd like to use it near a bathroom vanity, please contact us so we can advise on the appropriate clearance from water sources.

Wipe the alabaster with a soft, dry cloth — avoid harsh cleaners or anything abrasive, as they can affect the stone's surface. The copper mount can be wiped with a slightly damp cloth and dried immediately.
Yes. The integrated LED runs at low wattage and is rated for 50,000 hours of use, so running costs and replacement needs are both minimal over the life of the lamp.
