A Bridgelux COB (chip-on-board) LED — a higher-quality LED module that produces a more even, efficient beam than standard LEDs. It's integrated into the fixture and rated for 50,000 hours of use.
The light source is integrated — a built-in Bridgelux COB module rather than a replaceable bulb. Everything needed for the light output is inside the fixture; just wire it in and switch on.
An aluminium body for heat dissipation — keeping the LED cool extends its lifespan — with a plastic diffuser and deep-set black reflector. The black housing contrasts against the white trim ring for a refined finish.
Three wattages matching the three sizes: 7W (770 lm) for the smallest, 8W (880 lm) for the mid, and 15W (1650 lm) for the largest. Each size is also available in four beam angles.
It's designed for recessed installation in standard plasterboard, timber, or suspended ceilings — the spring-clip mount holds in any of these. It's not rated for sloped ceilings or outdoor use (IP20, dry indoor only).
AC 120–277V — a wide range that covers standard residential and commercial supply in most countries. Suitable for both North American (120V) and international (220–240V) installations.
Yes — the deep-set black reflector pushes the COB source back into the housing so it's out of the direct sightline at normal viewing angles. You see the beam landing on a surface, not the source itself.
The spring-clip physical mounting is simple, but the hardwired electrical connection requires a certified electrician. We recommend professional installation to ensure safety and to comply with local electrical codes.
The COB module is integrated and not designed for field replacement — but at 50,000 hours it is unlikely to need replacing within the practical lifespan of the fitting. A 3-year warranty is included; contact us if you experience issues.
