One leverwater and temperature in a single sweep

The Breskens Bathroom Faucet is solid brass with a high-arc spout and sharp, clean edges — minimal geometry that reads modern without any surface ornament. A single lever controls both flow and temperature in one smooth motion. The high arc gives ample clearance for handwashing; the surface wipes clean in seconds. Compatible with G1/2 BSP and, via adapter, NPT systems.
Why you'll love it
  • Solid brass — corrosion-resistant, built to last in daily use
  • High-arc spout — good clearance for washing and filling
  • Single-lever control for flow and temperature together
  • Easy-clean surface — no texture traps or hidden seams
  • WaterSense certified — 2.1 GPM controlled flow rate
Details

Water off first, then it's supply lines and sealant — wall-mounted and counter-mounted faucets install a little differently, so follow the steps for your type.

Before you begin

  • Mounting — wall-mounted or counter-mounted; check your product's description first
  • Thread compatibility — G1/2 BSP is standard outside North America; NPT-compatible options are available for U.S. and Canadian plumbing (an adapter may be required)

What you'll need

  • Adjustable wrench, pipe tape (Teflon), basin wrench
  • Plumber's putty or silicone sealant, bucket or towel
  • Drill and anchors (for wall-mounted units)

Step by step

  1. Wall-mounted — turn off the water supply — shut off hot and cold valves and open nearby faucets to release pressure.
  2. Wall-mounted — prepare the water lines — confirm wall outlets for hot and cold water align with your faucet's inlets, and make any plumbing adjustments before mounting.
  3. Wall-mounted — install mounting hardware — mark and drill holes, then mount the support plate with the provided anchors or screws.
  4. Wall-mounted — connect supply lines — wrap threaded connections with plumber's tape and attach hot and cold lines securely to the valve inlets.
  5. Wall-mounted — mount the faucet body — secure the spout and handles onto the mounted base, tightening with a wrench without overtightening.
  6. Wall-mounted — seal and finish — apply silicone sealant around the base fittings and let it cure as recommended.
  7. Wall-mounted — turn on the water and test — check for leaks and test the temperature control.
  8. Counter-mounted — turn off the water supply — shut off both valves under the sink and drain any remaining water from the faucet.
  9. Counter-mounted — position the faucet and handles — insert through the pre-drilled holes on the countertop or sink deck.
  10. Counter-mounted — secure from beneath — use mounting nuts and washers from below the sink.
  11. Counter-mounted — connect the water supply lines — use plumber's tape on all threaded joints and attach hot and cold lines with flexible connectors.
  12. Counter-mounted — seal the base — apply plumber's putty or silicone around the faucet base if required.
  13. Counter-mounted — turn on the water and inspect — check for steady flow, correct temperature, and tight seals.

Good to know

  • Always verify thread compatibility (BSP vs. NPT) and use an adapter where needed.
  • If you're unsure about your plumbing system, consult a licensed plumber.
  • Clean aerators periodically for the best water flow.
  • For outdoor wall applications, make sure you have frost protection in colder climates.

On the form

Angular geometrynothing spare, nothing hidden

The spout rises at a clean angle from the base, with no exposed fittings or decorative elements — the lever and spout are the only visible parts. Brass underneath means the finish resists the mineral deposits and micro-corrosion that chrome-plated zinc cannot. The single tap-hole footprint suits most standard basins.

Innovative engineering · intelligent design
Three details that make the Breskens worth the investment.
High clearance

The high-arc spout gives space under the tap without a wide basin footprint.

Solid brass

Not plated — the whole body is brass, resistant to corrosion over decades of use.

Single-hole fit

1.5" single hole fits most standard basins without modification.

Frequently asked

Solid brass throughout — not a zinc or aluminium body with a plated finish. Brass resists corrosion, handles hard water better than plated alternatives, and holds its appearance for decades with minimal upkeep.

2.1 gallons per minute — the WaterSense-certified flow rate that balances comfortable wash pressure with efficient water use. It's set at manufacture and does not require adjustment.

One lever controls both flow rate and temperature in a single sweep — left for warm, right for cool, up for more, down for less. No need to adjust two separate handles, which makes the daily routine faster and more intuitive.

The sharp geometric silhouette — clean horizontal and vertical lines with no decorative elements. The high-arc spout adds visual height without a large footprint, and the single-lever keeps the basin surround uncluttered.

Yes. The spout height of 22 cm gives comfortable clearance for handwashing, filling tall vessels, and rinsing without leaning over or splashing beyond the basin rim.

Yes — the smooth brass surfaces have no exposed seams or textured sections where mineral deposits collect. A wipe with a damp cloth keeps the finish clean; no abrasive cleaners are needed or recommended.

It operates from 15 PSI minimum to 75 PSI maximum, with 52 PSI as the medium working pressure. This covers the full range of typical residential water pressures without a pressure reducer.

Yes. The WaterSense and NSF/ANSI 61 & 372 certifications satisfy both residential and light commercial plumbing standards. The solid brass construction handles the higher daily use of a commercial setting.

The faucet fits a standard 4 cm single tap hole. The G1/2 BSP thread is compatible with most plumbing outside North America; an NPT adapter (available separately) is needed for US and Canadian systems. Professional installation is recommended.

Solid brass construction at this price point is uncommon — most faucets in this category use zinc or plated aluminium bodies. The geometric spout design and clean lever action add to a fixture that looks and feels considered rather than commodity.
