Clear acrylic makes the brass fixings visible — the structure is part of the design.

Clear acrylic for the body and solid brass for the hardware and internal fittings. The acrylic is transparent, so the brass components are visible through the pull — structure and aesthetics are the same thing here.
The Borsele bolts through the door, with a matching pull on each side. Both pulls are identical — same form, same grip profile — so the handle feels and looks the same whether pushed from one side or pulled from the other.
Smooth — the acrylic body has no knurling or texture. It's comfortable in the hand for a full-door pull and easy to grip cleanly with dry or slightly damp hands.
Brass develops a natural patina with use and exposure to air — it deepens rather than deteriorating. This is considered desirable; the hardware records daily use without wearing through.
Interior doors primarily — entry doors, room dividers, and large cabinetry. The 50 cm length is best suited to taller doors or double doors. Check door thickness before ordering to ensure the bolt length suits your panel.
For double-sided installation, a drill and appropriate wood fittings are needed to pass the bolt cleanly through the door. A skilled DIYer can manage it; for doors with a latch mechanism, a professional joiner is advisable.
