The Object

Warm brasspressed flat against the ceiling

The Beaumais sits flush against the ceiling: a copper frame in a warm brass finish, with a glass cover that diffuses the integrated LED into a soft, even glow. No drop, no cord — just a clean disc of copper and glass. Two diameters, 30 cm and 40 cm, for different rooms.
Why you'll love it
  • Copper frame, warm brass finish — ages gracefully
  • Glass diffuser — soft, even light across the room
  • Flush-mount — suits low and medium-height ceilings
  • Two sizes — 30 cm and 40 cm
  • Integrated LED — dimmable on request
Details

A close-to-ceiling install for low-clearance rooms — power off, mount the bracket, match the wires, done.

Before you begin

  • Mounting — direct to a standard ceiling junction box; sits close against the ceiling
  • Dimming — most socketed models dim; integrated-LED models don't
  • Ceilings — flat ceilings only; for vaulted or sloped ceilings, look at semi-flush or pendant options instead
  • Power — hardwired to your home's electrical system

What you'll need

  • Screwdriver, voltage tester, wire stripper
  • Wire nuts (included), ladder
  • Drill (only for a new junction box or non-standard ceiling)

Step by step

  1. Turn off the power — shut it off at the breaker panel and confirm with a voltage tester.
  2. Remove the fixture cover — twist or unclip the outer shade or base cover to expose the mounting plate and wiring.
  3. Install the mounting bracket — attach it to the ceiling junction box with the supplied screws, secure and level.
  4. Connect the wires — black to black, white to white, green or bare to ground. Secure each with a wire nut and tuck them into the junction box.
  5. Attach the fixture base — lift into place, align with the bracket, and secure with the provided screws so it sits flush against the ceiling.
  6. Reattach the cover — twist, clip, or fasten the decorative cover or diffuser back on.
  7. Restore power and test.

Good to know

  • Great for standard or low ceilings — hallways, bedrooms, closets.
  • Confirm your junction box can support the fixture's weight.
  • Follow local electrical codes.
  • When in doubt, bring in a licensed electrician.

The finish

Brass-finished copperlight held in glass

Copper is heavier than aluminium and warmer in tone — the Beaumais carries that weight while keeping a low profile against the ceiling. The glass cover presses smooth against the frame, so the light from below reads as an even wash rather than a visible source.

Innovative engineering · intelligent design
Warm glow

The glass cover diffuses the LED — soft, even light that's easy to live under.

Brass finish

Copper with a brass finish — warmer than chrome, richer than painted metal.

Frequently asked

The frame is copper with a warm brass finish — solid and durable. The diffuser is glass, pressed smooth against the frame to spread the LED source evenly across the room.

Yes — integrated LED, rated at 24W (30 cm) or 36W (40 cm). The light source is built in; there are no bulbs to source, replace, or worry about.

The 30 cm model is 24W (2640 lm); the 40 cm is 36W (3960 lm). Both produce enough ambient light for everyday rooms — bedroom, hallway, dining area.

The 30 cm model is well-suited to smaller rooms — bedrooms, hallways, and compact living areas. Its flush profile means it works in spaces where a pendant would feel too heavy.

Yes — the flush-mount design and warm light output make it a practical choice for hallways, particularly in homes with lower ceilings. Both sizes work; choose based on ceiling width.

90–260V AC, compatible with most electrical systems worldwide. No adaptor or converter required for standard domestic installations.

Yes — the glass presses flat against the frame, putting a layer of diffusion between the LED source and the room. Light spreads evenly with no visible hotspot or harsh glare.

Integrated LEDs use a fraction of the energy of equivalent incandescent sources. At 24W or 36W the Beaumais delivers strong lumen output relative to its consumption.

Hardwired to a standard ceiling junction box — professional installation by a certified electrician is recommended. All mounting hardware is included in the box.

The brass-finished copper sits naturally in modern, transitional, and warm-contemporary rooms — it works alongside natural materials like wood, stone, and linen without competing with them.
