The Balk is hardwired to a standard ceiling junction box. Due to its weight (65–83kg) and scale, professional installation by a certified electrician is strongly recommended for safety and correct balancing.
Dust the crystal elements with a soft dry cloth or clean brush to prevent buildup. The brass or nickel frame needs only an occasional wipe with a dry cloth — avoid wet cloths or chemical cleaners on polished finishes.
Yes — its linear form works best over a long dining table, but it also suits large living rooms with high ceilings where a round chandelier would look undersized. The 182cm length needs adequate lateral space.
