Yes. The Argon Chandelier is hardwired and designed for stairwells with tall drops. A certified electrician should handle the ceiling-box load check, wiring, and levelling of the tiered rings.
Dimming is an optional configuration — specify it at order and the fixture arrives pre-wired for remote or wall-switch control. A compatible dimmer rated for the wattage of your chosen ring count is required.
Yes — the canopy, mounting bracket, and adjustable wire are included in the box. Your electrician will need a standard junction box in the ceiling; no additional parts to source.
