At 5W, the Akkrum draws very little power. It is designed for ambient or accent use — for rooms where a soft glow is the goal rather than high-output task lighting.
Yes — the alabaster marble transmits the LED at low intensity, and the 5W G4 bulb runs warm. The combined effect is a gentle, diffused glow with no visible point source.
Each alabaster shade is individually carved and finished. Because it is natural stone, no two pieces are identical — the veining, mineral variation, and subtle tonal shifts in the beige base differ from shade to shade.
The soft pink-beige tones of alabaster marble, and how the stone diffuses warm light, were the design reference for the Akkrum's shade. The effect is organic rather than literal — the stone itself provides the character.
The shade is carved alabaster marble. The canopy and cord hardware are metal. A G4 LED bulb is included — a small capsule bulb standard for fittings of this scale.
The beige alabaster tone is inherently neutral — it sits comfortably with warm timber, linen, plaster, and stone finishes. In darker rooms it reads as a focal point; in lighter rooms it settles into the material palette.
